I was inspired to create this program, with tools I had acquired based on a past version of myself
to support you through resolving the same if you are experiencing any of these!

I’ve been there (and still experience this from time to time) so I get it!
I’m speaking to you & a past version of myself... who felt stuck in their head, drowning in fear based thoughts, anxieties& insecurities probably stemming from trauma/PTSD which caused you to disassociate,
abandon your body to exist solely within the projections of your mind.
Escaping & avoiding the pain you internally feel with “destination addiction”, constant distraction & stimulation
which only further perpetuates your tension by putting additional stress on your nervous system.
You feel unable to slow down, be still or alone out of fear that your pain will catch up to you,
overwhelming you all at once!
So you stay within the broken record of your mind, over analyzing and going over every little detail of your life
to no end; never finding rest or peace of mind. Fear, worry, exhaustion, stress, anxiety, overwhelm,
insecurity & indecision are emotions or mental states you know all too well.
