Week 1: Pre-Cleanse Phase

Eliminate & Simplify 

In this phase you will learn all about the history

and principles of health according to Ayurveda.

You will be taught how and why we cleanse

the Ayurvedic way!

You will begin the pre-cleanse phase by eliminating

foods that are hard to digest

from the diet to prepare

the body for the next cleansing phase!

Do I need to be a good cook?

No! The recipes are simple, fun and cost effective! I have hand selected some of my favorite recipes as well as some of the traditional Ayurvedic meals for you to enjoy.

The best part is, you get to pick and choose which ones you would like to try and use throughout the course of your cleanse! Along with sample grocery lists, I will also be providing you with meals that you can prep and make in bulk to nourish yourself with throughout the week, reducing the amount of time you have to spend cooking!

You will be given resources to find all the necessary ingredients

as well to save you time and energy!
